It was a rainy Monday, yet everyone was so excited to dip into the sea.
Hello there everyone it's me again @chimegipamus sharing our getaway with my friends and families at Casay Dalaguete.
Early in the morning, we prepare the things we will bring for an outing. All my aunts were getting ready for their food as they arrived at our house by exactly six in the morning. We should be traveling early to avoid traffic and so we can have much time to swim.
Casay Dalaguete is a two-hour journey by car. We are fully packed up and ready to get going. We stopped at Rephil Carcar to have a full gasoline tank. Then we continue our travel, to the beach. By eight in the morning, we arrived at the place where there were already a lot of people swimming.
There was an entrance fee of fifty pesos for each adult and twenty-five pesos for the kids. We looked for a cottage that fit us all and paid one thousand pesos. We arranged our food and things then we had a short prayer before we went swimming. Some were grilling the pork and some for the fish. Others were swimming especially the kids. The place is child-friendly. In front of our cottage, you can see the kids swimming. It was just a footsteps away from the shoreline.
The white sand makes the place clean and the crystal water invites you to go and swim. There is a visible proper garbage disposals. A lot of cottages and tables to choose from. There were big and small cottages yet not that expensive one. Then we rented three kayaks for an hour. It costs 100 pesos per kayak and everyone can use it until the time is up. Since everyone is excited to ride and it's our first time to do kayaking all the members got the chance to experience it.
The feeling of mixed emotions was painted on each other's faces as we jumped into the kayak. It seemed hard to balance but later on, everyone was enjoying. We were thrilled by reaching farther from the seashore as we could see the underwater corals.
Lots of people came in, and also lots of them were kayaking. When our time ended all my relatives were so happy and sharing stories of their experiences. Then we have our lunch together, enjoying the food we bring. We were the noisiest group so people who passed by us would turn and look at us.
As the days were over we took our bath and prepared to go home. We packed all our things and traveled home. We arrived at our humble homes by 6 pm and took our rest. It was a very tiring day yet, enjoyed the fellowship together with some friends and family.
A day spent with them is unforgettable, so little time remains with them as we grow older. We have to give more time to our families. How about you, how do you spend more time with your family? Please share it with me if you have time.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog, thank you for always supporting and upvoting. I hope you also reblog and upvote my story. See you next time!
