Dine out with SIblings and Niblings at Paseo Tabogon

Hi friends, for today’s blog is about my happy moments with my sisters and their family.

Last May 18 Saturday, with my gladness regarding on the downloaded Bonus Salary of all teachers, I planned to take my 3 niblings and sister out for a memorable dinner as Paseo Tabogon. At first place, my plan is a picnic to be at any random public beach at Tabogon but to my surprise, my other sister chatted me and welcomes us to eat at her house that same day my plan is supposed to be done. And I thought for a moment, why don’t we go to the Paseo where the accessibility for both of us is convenient. Then I replied, “Day, maypag sa Paseo lang ta. Ilaag natong mga bata ug gabii. May to kay duol rag dagat ba nya nay piryahan sa duol. Libre lang nako”. (Sis, why don’t we go instead to the Paseo together. Let’s take the children out for dinner. It would be a convenience for it’s seaside and with recreation area. Don’t worry it’s my call.) And she agreed.

So the outing happened. We arrived at the venue by 6 pm and directly look for a vacant table for the 7 of us. I requested my sister to go and order for 3 large chicken thighs and drumsticks, 10 pork barbeques, 5 livers and 10 servings of rice and drinks. Our dessert was ice cream. Of Course, that was for the kids. While waiting for the barbeques, we just sit and talk while the kids were eagerly observing the people and view around. When 30 minutes pass, our orders are finally ready to be served.

My niblings happily smack the food in rush with excitement. Feeling every bite and flavor of the meal, the windy moment with everyone, happy thoughts, with twinkling stars above us, and the party noise in the surroundings put the smiles in our moment together.

After the dinner and the dessert, we take a short walk by the beach. We walk and talk and take pictures. Crossing the bridge and spotting small fishes along the way as we go towards the recreation area enlighten their young minds and feeling of satisfaction. At the piryahan, we didn’t play just yet, we take a moment observing other people play as they win and lose. We also manage to observe how families together ride the ferry’s wheel with traumatizing moments. Sister said, “Di nalang ta anang Ferry’s wheel kay dilikado sa bata. Bag-o pa raba mong nangaon basin musuka noon sa ibabaw. Ari nalng tas piryahan. Unya manguli nata ighuman.” (Hey, we better not try the ferry's wheel. It quite dangerous for the kids. And aside we just took our diner. It would be shameful if the kids accidentally spill or vomits above. Let's enjoy by the recreational instead.) And so, we play the ball throwing and unfortunately, we lose 32 pesos. With the bellyful, completeness and satisfied loss Haha! we decided to go home so we can arrive as early as possible.

With the smile in our eyes full of contentment and blessedness with health and life. We went home in satisfaction.

Thank you, dear friends, for reading till here. Hope you enjoy my blog.
