Our Secret to Happiness: Family Time

Today, I will be sharing with you all How I spend my rest day and how I make my day productive.

I woke up early, around 6 in the morning, to take my son to his school and waited for him to get to his room since every day they do a Flag ceremony.

Then I headed home to fitch my wife and my daughter because my wife wanted to visit my grandparent's grave, but before we went to the cemetery, we bought fresh coconut since it was just one street away from the cemetery.

I bought 2 cups of fresh coconut juice for 35 pesos anyway. If you passed by National Bacalso Highway, since the store was along the national road, I can't give you the name of the store since they haven't named it.

My daughter loved fresh coconut juice, so she would hold the cup tight so that we wouldn't get it from her; she also finished half the cup.

Then we headed to the cemetery. After we finished our drinks, we also bought 4 candles in tatay for 5 pesos each and one rose in a cup for 20 pesos each, so I bought 2 roses.

After we lit the candle to my grandparents, we headed to the big cross to light the candle for my father and my angel.

After that, we went home to take a nap because we also planned to go to Naga City to buy the school requirements for our so,n, but we had to wait for him since he was still at school; at 3:45 in the afternoon, my wife fitch my son at school.

Then we headed to Youka Mall to buy some school requirements for our son; I bought some of his school supplies since our Government will give notebooks and paper to students here in Naga Cebu, so for us parents, it was a big help to save some pennies.

After we bought everything for Youka, I found an ATM to withdraw since I was short in cash.

While I was withdrawing my salary, my wife saw my daughter picking some trash and put in the trash can; I was really glad that everything that we told her she listened to it and understood it.

Since we were already in Naga Proper, I decided to treat my family to Baywalk food park while I was parking my motorcycle, my wife let our daughter run inside the Baywalk. She was so happy at that moment.

Then I followed her since I was worried that she might fall but my wife insisted not to help her since my wife wanted to teach our daughter to be independent.

Then we found a stall where we were going to buy our food since there were a lot of choice stalls in the area, so when I found a stall, I ordered immediately.

Then my wife got the picnic cloth and found an area where we were going to put the cloth, so she decided to put it on the grass.

Then she also takes a photo of our daughter since my son is with me.

We also captured that sunset. To be able to capture that beautiful sunset, I set the phone brightness to the lowest and focused the sunset on capturing the sunset beautifully.

After that, we also headed to the playground to let our kids play.

My Kids tried the swing, and they also tried the frog ride. I don't know what the name is.

My daughter also tried the slide, which she loved the most; she didn't even get afraid of the slide.

I also let my son try the monkey bars, which he was so scared of because he might fall, but I told him that if he fell, I would catch him, so he tried, and he loved it. The kid's enjoyment was too priceless, Right?

Then my wife saw her friend who was also selling some cotton candy, and that was a perk of having Godparents, to get some free cotton candy from my daughter's ninang (Godparents).

After that, we headed home. Since the clouds were so dark that it might get rain, I decided to say goodbye. my w,ife thankthankedfriend for giving our kids cotton candy and to say goodbye also.
