Made it to the O'Hagans run group this morning. It was raining heavily when I got up but was clear by the time we got there. A good interval session after a quick warm up.
2 X 1000m, 200m walk
2 X 800m, 200m walk
2 X 600m, 200m walk
4 X 400m, 200m walk
A quick cool down and now it's coffee time.
