Unboxing Xiaomi Monitor Mi Desktop 27" FHD IPS | Mi nuevo monitor.

Despues de unos días ausente en Hive porque tenía problemas con mi monitor, y era muy incomodo estar con una tv de 58" conectado a la pc. Ahora ya adquirí un nuevo monitor y estoy totalmente feliz con éste.

Mi nuevo monitor es un Xiaomi de 27", modelo RMMNT27NF por un precio de 230$ USD (Precio desde la tienda Oficial MI 230€). No es el mejor monitor pero por el precio creo que esta bien para lo que necesito. Estuve indeciso con monitor Samsung de 27" Curvo FHD por el mismo precio, la verdad es que consulté varios sitios en google para saber por cual decidirme.

La desventaja del Monitor Curvo en mi caso, que como soy diseñador, es que iba a tener problemas de visualización en los diseños y colores. El monitor curvo proporciona inmersion para los gamers, así que es especial para los que solo juegan. Por esa pequeña desventaja pero que me podía afectar en un futuro mi trabajo, me decidí por un Monitor plano.

Ahora hablando del Monitor de Xiaomi, encontré dos desventajas. La primera es que tiene un tiempo de respuesta de 6ms, así que si juego online puede que me pueda afectar un poco, en realidad no es monitor pensado para gamers. La segunda desventaja es que la resolución máxima es de 1920x1080, es buena resolución pero algunos monitores de este tamaño ya proporcionan resoluciones de al menos 4k. La verdad me siento a gusto con esta resolución, tan solo pensar que mi monitor anterior llegaba a una resolución max de 1366x768, no sé como podía trabajar allí.

Bueno ya hemos hablando de algunas desventajas del monitor, analicemos el producto y como fue el desempaque. El empaque es la popular caja de cartón con protección de poliestireno o anime. Cada accesorio está embalado con bolsas plasticas selladas con cinta adhesiva ya que fue probado en la tienda, el manual de usuario si estaba totalmente sellado.

The packaging is the popular cardboard box with polystyrene or anime protection. Each accessory is packed with plastic bags sealed with adhesive tape since it was tested in the store, the user manual if it was totally sealed.}

Accesorios / Accessories

El monitor incluye:

• Dos piezas para base del monitor.
• Cable HDMI de 1m aprox.
• Regulador de alimentación 12v

El cable HDMI me parece algo corto así que no puedes alejar mucho la PC del monitor. No trae cable VGA, supongo que ya está quedando en el olvido.

The HDMI cable seems a bit short to me so you can't move the PC too far from the monitor. It does not come with a VGA cable, I guess it is already being forgotten.</sup>

El regulador de voltaje o de alimentación es de 12v, 2 A, con enchufe estilo americano. El cable es lo suficiente largo para conectarlo comodamente.

Las piezas de las bases tienen un diseño minimalista, eso me gusta. Además me llamó la atención que no necesité un destornillador para ensamblar el equipo. En la parte posterior de la base tiene un tornillo con una especie de anillo para usar nuestras manos y apretar, muy eficiente.

Parte Frontal / Front

En la parte frontal tenemos la pantalla (obviamente) de 27 pulgadas con tecnología IPS , que mejora la calidad de imagen de los monitores. Las dimensiones de este monitor es de 61,3 cm de ancho y 47 cm de alto. Si medimos de la equina superior a la esquina inferior son 68cm.

Otra cosa curiosa es que casi no tiene marco, practicamente todo el monitor es la pantalla a excepcion de la parte inferior. Medí el grosor del marco y es de apenas 1mm. En la parte inferior ubicamos el LED de encedido, pensé que era un botón pero no, es solo un LED que indica cuando está encendido.

Parte trasera / Rear

Ahora vamos a la parte trasera. Aquí encontramos detalles de la marca Xiaomi como su logo en la parte central y una insignia en la parte inferior derecha.

En la parte inferior izquierda tenemos:

• Boton de encendido, el cual funciona moviendolo en todas las direcciones, hacia arriba, abajo, izquierda y derecha. Todo en uno.
• Entrada de alimentación de 12v.
• Puerto HDMI
• Puerto VGA
• Puerto de audio 3.5mm

Lo que más me llamó la atención aquí fue el botón de encendido que es multifunción. Puedes configurar todas las opciones del monitor desde un mismo botón.

Hablando de la tasa de refresco es de 60hz y una max de 75hz. No es la mejor pero como dije antes este monitor no está pensado para los gamers. Ahora probaré el Need for Speed Heat y les comentaré pronto en un review.
