Buenos días comunidad, vengo a contar mi experiencia con el nuevo servicio de internet que es con fibra. Desde hace 10 años tenía INTERCABLE que es televisión y internet el cual en sus inicios era rápido. Este servicio es de 2MB no es suficiente para los nuevos requerimientos actuales, que se necesita hoy en día para disfrutar en nuestro hogar a plenitud, otra cosa que debemos tomar en cuenta es el precio te ofrecen este servicio 2MB en el cual debes pagar un costo adicional porque no es suficiente en total se pagan 20 dólares en promedio mensual.

Utilizando este servicio en mi hogar era una tristeza no tiene otra palabra, me refiero a esto ya que vivimos en mi hogar 3 integrantes mi esposo e hija obviamente mi persona. Para utilizar el internet es todo un caos. Si mi esposo estaba jugando League of Legends nosotras debíamos desconectar del WIFI, porque sus partidas iban muy lentas esto genera un gasto adicional en nuestro servicio de internet por teléfonos celulares, se consumían todos los megas rápidamente. Si necesitamos utilizar las redes sociales todo era limitado dura mucho tiempo en cargar los videos. Siempre buscamos cambiar de servicio, pero se presentaba otros gastos no concretábamos el cambio, hasta que un día llego el momento indicado el cual INTERCABLE duro una semana sin el servicio de internet.

Tomamos una decisión en mi hogar lo que tenemos ahorrado en HIVE nuestras monedas las tenemos en BINANCE para resolver una emergía si requerimos utilizar de manera rápida. Fue así que gracias a las recompensas de HIVE pudimos colocar nuestro servicio de FIBRA con la grandiosa compañía SERVITEL está ubicada en Barquisimeto en el Centro Comercial Sotavento, el precio es de 80 dólares incluye el pago del primer mes, gracias a esto en mi hogar podemos utilizar cada uno el servicio de internet a nuestro gusto y sin limitaciones es lo más importante.

INTERCABLE coloco el internet para pagar la mensualidad luego se volvió caer es triste que estas empresas descuiden a sus clientes ya que son empresas grandes con gran trayectoria en el país, lástima que si prestan un mal servicio las personas van seguir emigrando a otras compañías para la comunidad venezolana que es la gran mayoría en HIVE recomiendo este internet podemos subir nuestras imágenes rápidas aún estoy en la espera de crear contenido con videos para ver que tal es la velocidad.

Entre las características del equipo podemos conectar 2 equipos por cable LAN la velocidad de descarga es de 50 MB por WIFI es dependiendo de nuestro equipo para transmitir la señal, duramos en un tiempo de espera de 6 días para que colocaran el servicio nuestro principal temor era si contaban con servicio de canales para televisión el cual cuenta con ese servicio los equipos pertenecen a la empresa, si tienes un año con los equipos pasan a ser de nuestra propiedad espero durar más de ese año gran compañía atentos a nuestro requerimientos y dudas que se nos generan. Ahora mi familia es feliz no tenemos peleas por INTERNET.
