Although it seems that emails are losing strength due to the success of messaging applications like Whatsapp or Telegram, they have changed a lot the way we communicate with other people, even in sending multimedia files, but the reality is that, in the professional field, everything is done via email, either as part of our work, or simply the way in which different companies such as our bank or various services to which we are associated communicate with us, for that reason it is of vital importance to have an email manager that allows us to organize ourselves in an orderly way to avoid getting lost among so many emails, and the possibility of writing them in a better way, and although Gmail or Outlook, have been with us for many years and are the most popular, this does not mean that they are the best, so today I bring you some alternatives to manage your email in the best way.

Aunque cada vez pareciera que los correos electrónicos van perdiendo fuerza debido al éxito de aplicaciones de mensajería como Whatsapp o Telegram, han cambiado mucho la forma en que nos comunicamos con otras personas, incluso en el envío de archivos multimedia, pero la realidad es que, en el ámbito profesional, todo se hace vía correo electrónico, ya sea como parte de nuestro trabajo, o simplemente la forma en que distintas empresas como nuestro banco o diversos servicios a los que estamos asociados se comunican con nosotros, por ello es de vital importancia tener gestor de correos que nos permite organizarnos de forma ordenada para no perdernos entre tantos correos, y la posibilidad de redactarlos de mejor manera, y aunque Gmail u Outlook, llevan con nosotros desde hace muchos años y sean las más populares, esto no significa que sean los mejores, por eso hoy les traigo algunas alternativas para gestionar tu correo de la mejor manera.

Spark

Undoubtedly, one of the most complete options in terms of mail management, until recently it was exclusive to iOS, but now we can also find it available for Android. Spark brings us a pretty nice interface that moves quite smoothly, in which, with just one touch we can activate the "Smart Inbox", this is a feature that organizes our mailbox into different categories such as personal, notifications, newsletters and read, which, along with the application shows us a thumbnail of the sender of the mail next to each one, makes it easy to find what we are looking for. Another thing I like is that when it comes to composing is that it has many tools that traditional applications do not, such as bold, template design or message scheduling, we could even manage a team mail account, in case of a business mail, in this case we would have to pay a membership, but it is one more option at our disposal.

Sin duda alguna, una de las opciones más completas en cuanto a gestión de correo se refiere, hasta hace poco tiempo era exclusivo de iOS, pero ahora lo podemos encontrar disponible también para Android. Spark nos trae una interfaz bastante bonita y que se mueve bastante fluida, en la cual, con solo un toque podemos activar el “Smart Inbox”, esta es una función que organiza nuestra bandeja de correo en diferentes categorías como personal, notificaciones, boletines informativos y leídos, lo cual, junto a que la aplicación nos muestra una miniatura del remitente del correo junto a cada uno, hace que podamos encontrar fácilmente lo que estamos buscando. Otra cosa que me gusta es que a la hora de redactar es que tiene muchas herramientas que las aplicaciones tradicionales no, como las negritas, el diseño de plantillas o programación de mensajes, incluso podríamos gestionar una cuenta de correo en equipo, en caso de un correo empresarial, en este caso tendríamos que pagar una membresía, pero es una opción más a nuestra disposición.

Bluemail

Another very interesting option when it comes to managing your emails, here we can also organize our emails with just one touch, in addition to it, if we tap on the thumbnail or the profile of the person who has sent us an email, we can see a list of all the emails we have received from him, on the other hand, Bluemail has a section of tasks, which is very interesting because there we can add all the emails that we have postponed their response, or that we should send on a certain date, and by the way, the app is very customizable, being able to choose the theme, color and even the font of the application.

Otra opción muy interesante a la hora de gestionar tus correos, aquí también podemos organizar nuestros correos con solo un toque, además de ella, si tocamos en la miniatura o el perfil de quien nos ha enviado un correo, podremos ver una lista de todos los correos que hayamos recibido de él, por otro lado, Bluemail tiene un apartado de tareas, el cual es muy interesante porque allí podremos agregar todos los correos que hayamos pospuesto su respuesta, o que debamos enviar en una fecha determinado, y por cierto, la app es muy personalizable, pudiendo escoger el tema, el color y hasta el tipo de letra de la aplicación.

Protonmail

Perhaps the opposite of the two previous alternatives, since in terms of aesthetics and functionality it is nothing special, since its greatest strength is security. Protonmail offers an end-to-end encrypted email service, with quite interesting options when sending your emails, such as the possibility of protecting them with a password or even setting a self-destruction date, so if you are a security lover, or want extra security at specific times, this may be a good option for you, although in this case you will have to create a new email account instead of using the ones you have had all your life.

Quizá todo lo contrario a las dos alternativas anteriores, ya que en cuanto a la estética y a funcionalidad no es nada del otro mundo, ya que su mayor fuerte es la seguridad. Protonmail ofrece un servicio de correo cifrado de extremo a extremo, con opciones bastantes interesantes a la hora de enviar tus correos como la posibilidad de protegerlos con contraseña o incluso, ponerle una fecha de autodestrucción, por lo que, si eres amante de la seguridad, o quieres un extra de seguridad en momentos puntuales, esta puede ser una buena opción para ti, aunque en este caso si tendrás que crearte una nueva cuenta de correo en vez de utilizar las que has tenido de toda la vida.

I know that, in general, everyone uses the typical Gmail app for the simple fact that it comes preinstalled on all Android devices, with it we can do everything we need in terms of mail management, but I assure you that if you give a chance to Spark or Bluemail you will realize the useful advantages that these have over the traditional ones.

Sé que, por la general, todos usan la típica aplicación de Gmail por el simple hecho de que viene preinstalado en todos los dispositivos Android, con ella podemos hacer todo lo que necesitamos en cuanto a gestión de correo, pero les aseguro que si le dan una oportunidad a Spark o Bluemail se darán cuenta de las útiles ventajas que estas tienen sobre las tradicionales.
