Como están mis amigos de geek zone, en esta ocasión, vengo a traerles un juego retro el cual fue uno de los primeros juegos que juge, ya que cuando era mas pequeña me regalaron un Gameboy Advance y tenia este cartucho , años después decido jugarlo en mi teléfono celular, recordando todas las vivencias de aquella época, este juego se llama PITFALL THE MAYA ADVENTURE un juego retro el cual encarnas Harry el cual se encuentra perdido en una selva y tienes que ir avanzando saltando sobre los arboles y esquivando pantanos, y sorteando los peligros de la naturaleza.
En esta versión es particular encontraras varios rivales como serpientes, leopardos y muchos otros animales salvaje, Recordemos que este es un juego de plataforma el cual la jugabilidad se asemeja mucho al estilo de Mario en el cual el personaje comienza del lado izquierdo y vas avanzando hacia la derecha.
Este juego fue conocido principalmente en Super Nes y sega génesis, pero una gran cantidad de personas conocieron este titulo en su version para pc, ya que es un clásico de las plataformas.
As my friends from Hive Gaming are, on this occasion, I come to bring you a retro game which was one of the first games I played, since when I was younger they gave me a Gameboy Advance and I had this cartridge, years later I decided to play it on my cell phone, remembering all the experiences of that time, this game is called PITFALL THE MAYA ADVENTURE a retro game in which you play harry who is lost in a jungle and you have to move forward jumping over trees and dodging swamps, and dodging the dangers of nature.
In this particular version you will find several rivals such as snakes, leopards and many other wild animals. Let's remember that this is a platform game in which the gameplay is very similar to Mario's style in which the character starts on the left side and progresses towards the right.
This game was known mainly in super Nes and sega genesis, but a large number of people knew this title in its version for pc, since it is a classic of the platforms.

En cuanto a los gráficos este juego para su época era hermoso, ya que actualmente me sorprende la cantidad detalles de los escenarios y sin mencionar lo extensos que son con mucho color y muchos enemigos, ademas todo funciona perfecto, desde saltar hasta esquivar animales, asi como treparse por las ramas y saltar por todos lados.
Esto es importante por que nos da la precicion a la hora de jugar algo esencial por que muchas veces nos encontramos con rivales que aparecen de repente así como pantanos que buscan de tragarte repentinamente.
As for the graphics, this game was beautiful for its time, since currently I am surprised by the amount of detail in the settings and not to mention how extensive they are with a lot of color and many enemies, also everything works perfectly, from jumping to dodging animals, so like climbing the branches and jumping all over the place.
This is important because it gives us precision when playing something essential because many times we find ourselves with rivals that suddenly appear as well as swamps that seek to swallow you suddenly.

En cuanto a la jugabilidad este titulo para su época estaba bien estructurado, ya que podemos correr, saltar y atacar a nuestros rivales con una excelente respuestas todo esto con solo 4 botones, el cual el botón B se usa para saltar, el boton A se emplea para golpear con el bumerán y Los botones R Y L son empleados para lanzar el bumerán y lanzar piedras.
Regarding the gameplay, this title for its time was well structured, since we can run, jump and attack our rivals with excellent responses, all this with only 4 buttons, which the B button is used to jump, the A button is Use to hit with the boomerang and The R and L buttons are used to throw the boomerang and throw stones.

Este juego tiene una durabilidad excelente ya que los escenarios son realmente grandes, asi como los retos que en el vas a encontrar, una de las cosas que hacen este juego un reto es que no cuenta con la obcion de guardar así que solo dispondrás de una contraseña para conservar tus partidas, y seguir donde te hayas quedado.
Una de las cosas que hace este juego diferente a otros plataformeros es que los niveles son muy variados, y pocas veces se repiten las misiones, o casi nunca tendrás la sensación de haber pasado por un lugar conocido, ya que cada nivel es completamente diferente y con sus propios retos a completar.

El sonido de este juego tiene una particularidad y es que al ser un juego de plataforma la música de fondo no es repetitiva ni clásica como mayormente se ven en este estilo de juegos, si no muy por el contrario es una música envolvente y también los sonidos de efectos están bien coordinados con el juego y muy bien pensados recordemos que en esta entrega estamos en un escenario maya y las canciones y efectos son acordes a la ambientación del juego.
The sound of this game has a particularity and that is that, being a platform game, the background music is not repetitive or classic as is mostly seen in this style of games, on the contrary, it is an enveloping music and also the sounds. The effects are well coordinated with the game and very well thought out. Let's remember that in this installment we are in a Mayan setting and the songs and effects are consistent with the game's setting.

Este juego es un excelente titulo de plataforma ya que es completamente diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados por que tiene su propia historia y un buen diseño de niveles, así como la producción final en cuanto a sonidos esta acorde a la ambientación en la que se desarrolla.

This game is an excellent platform title since it is completely different from what we are used to because it has its own story and a good level design, as well as the final production in terms of sounds is consistent with the setting in which it takes place. .

Wa, me regresaste a la infancia cuando jugué este clásico en una pentium 3 que compraron en casa cuando era un niño. Literalmente pasaba horas y horas jugando este juego y uno de una lombris, creo que se llamaba jim worn o algo así... era un a lombris con un traje espacial jajaja
Recuerdo que los dos los logré pasar, voy a descargarlo no mas por pura nostalgia a ver que tal jajaja saludos!
