Valolyze UI!🎮

Hello, my fellow Hivers.
I know I've been AWOL these past couple of months. Well, I've been busting my ass day and night working on my college project which has finally been completed. To top it off, assignments, procrastination, and completing lab records have been a pain too. 🤦‍♂️
Man, all this stress has got me playing Valo a lot.

We ain't that cool as you Chris...

😂 Okay okay, so Valo is short for Valorant. It is this game I've been playing for almost a year now and it’s got me glued to my PC. It is my go-to whenever I find the time. Valorant is a free-to-play 5v5 character-based tactical first-person shooter game that's so cool, ya'll definitely gotta try it out.

The game is loaded with maps and characters to choose from. Ya'll just gotta choose your character before someone else on your team picks it and win the game by doing your best with the character you've chosen. The maps are generated at random. I know that's a bugger but it's also fun to explore every map of the game to get better.

Why are you even telling us about Valo?

Spilling the tea now, I designed a dashboard that I think would be a great fit if you played the game. If developed well, this could track your best performances in the game. (With different characters too!)

) )

I designed this using Figma, a popular emerging design tool used commonly among UI/UX Designers.

Fonts I used here were Tungsten and a lil’ sprinkle of Poppins around to give the interface the same look as the game itself.

This design was inspired by the Agensip Agency from a platform called Dribbble, where other professional designers use to showcase their designs.

Also, I thought I’d share my favourites here. So here we go -

Chris's Picks of The Week!

Music Recommendation: One Day at a Time is a hymn I heard one day at service and I have loved listening to it ever since. It talks about how at times it is difficult to see the path ahead, but all we can do is take things one day at a time. ✨

Video Recommendation: Everybody is familiar with the feeling of not being satisfied with our life as we should be. We often crib about the things we don’t have. In this video, they talk about one of the strongest amplifiers of happiness. An antidote against dissatisfaction so to speak is - Gratitude. You can check the video out here.

If ya'll like it and think it's cool, lemme know in the comments. Would also appreciate an upvote and a reblog if ya'll love it. Until next time, Ciao! 👋

That's all for today. Take care and have a great day ahead ya'll!
