In Hindi, there is a famous phrases which says :

"jako rakhe sayian maar sake na koi"

The phrase simply states that, the one who is guarded by or protected by God, cannot be killed by anyone. Today, was one such day, when I helped someone to be out of danger. It gives me immense sense of joy and happiness. It was none other than saving a small life in pigeon.

Doing good deeds often generates feelings of warmth, joy, satisfaction, and a sense of fulfillment. At the same time, Saving a life can feel like an overwhelming mix of immense relief, profound satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and a deep gratitude for the opportunity to make such a significant impact. I was feeling elated, having successfully intervened in a critical situation.

It was a usual quite afternoon, and I was busy watching a movie, when I heard the sound of flapping wings. It was very common due to presence of pigeons around. However, today was different. It was continous flapping like sending some kind of SOS signal. I went out and moved towards the sound direction, only to find a helpless pigeons struck in an old crumbled door.

The pigeon was hanging upside down. On first look it appeared that the pigeon tangled itself into rope, which got stuck in the broken door. It was an old door, and the pigeon often get inside through it to lay eggs. The room was empty and not occupied. I quickly turned on my saviour mode, and prepaired myself to save it. I don't wanted to hurt the little life more, soyook the help of a cloth to get hold of it.

On removing the pigeon from the door, it was learnt that the pigeon fry away from some trap. The rope was not tangled of its own. It was kind of trap, from the hunter, and the pigeon avle to fly away with it. It was tightly noose around both the legs.

I try to let the pigeon free by untying the knots. However with one hand, it was not easy. I even tried to cut the rope with scissors, but the pigeons appears to be in pain. I call my brother for help.

Even though I hold the pigeon firmly in my hand, it appears he was in too much discomfort. May be he applied too much effort before I pitched in for his help. He was releasing water from.hi mouth, like vomiting. But we were desperate to set it free. After much effort and cutting most of the threads from it's leg. I let it free.

As soon as I kept it down, he quickly fly away on the terrace. It was a great feeling of satisfaction finding he was completelly OK. May be I was means to save him from his discomfort. The noose on his legs was not new and he must be carrying it since long. But now everything seems fine. I am thankful to God for allowing me to do some good deeds.

In good faith - Peace!
