Like phoenix's trying to rise

Young eagles out at the Kenai flats Alaska.

They were rather large at such a distance.
Not sure what type of eagles they were.
Seemed larger than the bald eagles.

Thank you so much ❤ @pixresteemer! :-)
Wonderful capture! I would have to think that they are young bald eagles, simply because it doesn't appear to be any of the other birds that are that large! They are beauties! Thanks for sharing them with the Feathered Friends Community

Helps them blend in with the rocky road! hehe
Beautiful fat and muscular young eagles 🦅 ! Very good capture!
Thank you so much ❤ @kaminchan! :-)
Very well fed with lots of fish!
I don’t want to get fat! But I wish they would deliver some fresh fish at my front door. No time to go to the market!!
Looking at these images, I can't help but remember the famous phrase of Apollo XIII: The eagle has landed. Best regards
Thank you so much ❤ @juancar347!
I was hoping they would try to fly! :-)
So young but already looking formidable! 👍
Thank you very much @ratel! :-)
Especially those talons on the one to the left!
Amazing clicks
Thank you @fahad3728! :-)
Nice, but why do you always take (or just publish) so few pictures?
If I had such a chance, I would take dozens of pictures (if possible, of course, birds are rather ... hm ... jumpy). Like in my last post, where I posted more than 10 photos of gulls, & that was already a small selection of some 100 pictures I had taken.
Thank you ❤ @bossel! :-)
Good question, only had got a few of those birds that day!
They didn't move much differently than the few shots I got.
