Hello Feathered Friends Lovers

Round 8 of Show Me A Photo Contest is over and within 24 hours winners will be announced. I am happy to open new week and new round with a theme that show the birds in water. Sea, lakes, ponds, rivers and puddles, anywhere you can see bird/s swimming, paddling, bathing, splashing could be used to enter in round 9 with the theme

BIRD IN WATER

You may have noticed that I use quite often swans as examples, but they fit well in most of the themes. I wish I had another, sunny day to photograph them, but it could be late now. Swans may well be gone. As always it happens to go to the beach only once and to rely on the set of photos made just in one day. And this year, the day was pretty gloomy.

And last shot is of a seagull from the same day.

Now it is your turn and I am excited to see your entries and what kind of birds you will show.

Show me your photo of a bird, following these rules:

• The photo must be your own.
• Post in the community Feathered Friends
• You may add more photos, but you should state which one is your entry, otherwise the first will be taken into account.
• Tell us something about your photo/s.
• Your photo must follow the weekly theme, which will be announced each Sunday.
• Please put the link of your entry in the commment section of the contest post here.
• Put in the title of your post that this is an entry for the contest.

Last, but not least - have fun!

If you create quality post with more images and interesting story about them, you could be nominated for OCD upvote. Making extra effort can give you bigger upvotes.

Next Sunday new theme will be announced along with the wiiners of this round.
