Welcome to #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest Round 100!

I am happy to be back after two weeks break and to start the contest again. For this round I would like to see what bird or birds you met first in 2023. Did you encounter something unusual or simply the same birds you see everyday? My first bird is the humble sparrow. I wasn't sure if I will find anything, but after I made few shots I saw the hawk. But for the contest, I will show the pictures of the sparrows, because they were my first birds to photograph in 2023.

• Put in the title of your post that this is an entry for the contest. (Optional)

If you create quality post with more images and interesting story about them, making extra effort can give you bigger upvotes and attract curators. Keep that in mind.
