More birds of the place I found

in Feathered Friends11 months ago

I was looking around the community today and I think I have a perfect photo for the black and white contest, but I will do that post tomorrow or the day after because for today I already have some birds for you, let's get started.

I really love this bird, the way it was looking at me right next to the road captivated me, it was a little difficult to get the picture because there was a mesh in the way but I think I managed enough to avoid the trellis a little bit, obviously it's an egret although I don't know what kind, it was getting cold and I think that's why it looks fatter than it should, what do you think?

But continuing with the photographs, today it is time to show the scavengers, birds that feed on dead animals and for this reason it is forbidden to harm them almost everywhere in the world, they are cleaning birds that eliminate the remains in the countryside and that we should all take care of, despite the ugly appearance they have, I can not deny that there is something that fascinates me about them, I do not know for sure.

I think this is the Turkey vulture, or Cathartes aura, I don't know if there is a difference, but in Mexico we simply call it Zopilote aura.

This last picture is not the best, but I didn't want to get closer because the bird was feeding and if I tried to get closer to take the picture I could scare it away and that's not fair to it, soon I hope to kill a rabbit to prepare a setup in which I can take some good pictures, because yes, besides being a photographer, a lover of cacti and succulents, an occasional traveler, although I enjoy the city as much as a good hike in the mountains, I am also a hunter, and it is likely that someone will get upset because I say that I am going to kill a rabbit but that is the cycle of life, to be born, grow and die, somehow, see you.
