The chickdees have always been my favorite winter song birds
When I am alone in the forest on a shoot they are always around to keep me company.
Here are a few of the images I have captured of these charismatic little birds.
Although they aren't as pushy as the whiskeyjack the chickadees have been known to make the rounds while we are out hiking and camping. They take any chance they get to have a snack. Even if it is your lunch.
That is OK though I love taking any chance I can to snap a photo.
