Provision of a Leader

Twice a week I have a teaching schedule at a NEUTRON Tutoring Center, Indonesia. The students range from elementary, middle, and high school.

From the center, my teaching task is different from other teachers, in that the other mentor teachers teach students and school students from elementary to high school, while I teach employees and some students who take part in internships.

oh yes, I myself teach Psychology, Linguistics and Religion subjects. on thursday the 7th i gave a lesson on leadership psychology. because in my view, young people are the generation who hold the baton of leadership, whether they are leaders for themselves, or leaders in companies, religious leaders, or national leaders.

In the material on Leadership Psychology, I convey my thoughts as follows:

To be a leader, one must have sufficient provisions. The provision is in the form of strength that will be used to move all the people he leads. Strength is in the form of thoughts or ideas, insight, the ability to see the future to determine where the direction of an institution being led will be developed, the ways that will be taken in advancing the institution, as well as the ability to overcome obstacles that may arise in various forms.

Future leaders in today's democratic era are those who always invite their subordinates to think outside the box, and not just tell them to think and do something that is only in accordance with their instructions and directions.
