Damp seeps in so quickly, I started out using an expensive sealant, Vusi knows market pricing, advice is same for almost half the price almost.
Once finishing the four day projects I am sure he will come once or twice weekly to assist me maintaining the level we aiming toward. Many survive on what we refer to as piece work, he has some great one day permanent positions already.
He really does sound like he is worth his weight in gold!
