The first thing that I noticed the minute that I stepped into the toilet was this warning sign "Do Not Pee". So what do you go to the toilet for if you are not allowed to pee? This sign is very confusing, and I am sure that there is a better way of conveying the message.
If you don't want someone to pee outside of the urinal, perhaps the sign should say "Aim carefully". Or if the urinal is out of order and cannot be used perhaps an "Out Of Order "sign will suffice.
I find the sign a bit puzzling and frankly quite hilarious. So what do you think is the message that the sign is trying to convey?

This is actually a toilet in a hospital and so I did not have the chance to seek clarification.
