RE: Unchained: Just For Instant Gratification

Majority of those communities have rules to follow. At a glance, my guess would be rule number 1 and number 4 led to being muted. Maybe others. I'm guessing.

Think of it like this: Someone opens a store. They allow anyone off the street to come in and display their merchandise. However, the store only sells fruit and vegetables and that's made clear at the door. Someone walks in, places car parts down, and gets asked to leave.

This doesn't mean car parts do not belong in this world. One is free to setup their own shop right next door. One that is meant just for car parts. Someone walks in, places fruits and vegetables down, and gets asked to leave. Wrong door.

In general, the rules exist as a courtesy for those entering to browse the merchandise. So one could say a convenience inconvenienced you.

A similar model has been in use for thousands of years, according to my view of history.

I never posted in one.

Well noted with thanks and it makes me smile whenever you show up.

I don't mind the RuleZ. I mind the lack of comms / respect. But I'm old and grumpy now and I miss a more simple life.

Eye contact and manners and all of that stuff.

We humans probably weren't much better with each other but the facade was more believable. Or maybe it's just age and more wisdom again.

I really don't take much personally anymore.

I just hang around people who make me feel good. And that is a personal thing.

I won't ask but hope you're well!

Awkward hugs from the South <3
