Oh THIS is my kinda scenery @dandays, I gotta see if I can mark this for the future to go visit (why didn't you use Pinmapple?)
Do you know what those ruins are on the right? I fancy myself an amateur archaeologist; I like figuring out the probably history, then seeing how close I was to reality.
I must say, the
"3 way with the ladies from silver bloggers"
Had me wondering from the start ha ha ha
I got a video today of Hawks wheeling and crying out here above and behind my house (I have woods of my own now, and a few live around here)
I'll try to fit it into a post soon
You're too kind. Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed this one.
I pinned it to Pinmapple. Even earned a feature with it.
Those aren't ruins. I'm guessing less than 50 years old even. It's a nicely constructed wall with a hand rail on the top. They call it "trail bridge." Really nice views of the valley from the top.
But there's so much history here. Old civil war holes in buildings, Fort Dickerson Quarry is another one. I've spent a few days out there, story is that's the battle that saved Knoxville from succumbing to the north.
No seafood here. The culture here sucks too. But the scenery is picturesque and lotta history.
Thank you Jerry. Words, reblog, everything.
