Oh, for the love of getting a good dose of sun and shine, now that the blanket of cold was pulled out for the day. The trivial has become more important, but, it really seems to matter not. For just one day, throw caution to the wind, bury all that is hanging out to be done and walk the walk of the trails in the woods. The here and now is absolutely all that I am worried about for the moment. Tomorrow is another day. and I honestly have nothing that cannot keep for the moment. I have to admit, today is a glorious day! How about yours?*

I took a few days off to wander, walkabout, hikewith a few friends. The weather cooled off in the higher elevations and sleeping among nature and the stars right outside the tent, it brings another whole meaning to the day, carrying me into the night. Life is peaceful, only needing to worry about this moment in time, anything else is on hold for a day or three. Breathe deeply and place one foot in front of the other. Let freedom ring.
We talk, endlessly, as if thirsty for words. If only life could be touched, your words would be the tapestry that made it colorful and as beautiful, you have a way with words and this spark who ignites the conversation, the entire day, filling up this paradise with a meaning I hadn't intended. I dream of it while awake, as if it were a vision to come. The path leads up to a captivating picture for our souls.

All I have are my words, armed in my mind, written in pen, stand by stand. Oh, yes. Still by hand. It has a different feel. Altered not by keys, backspace, and delete, I write, erase, tear it to pieces and start all over again. And again.
It’s my way. I walk out to the deep end of the page and dive right in.

Some time spent with nature always does the soul good. Several days in a row is simply the best. The area is over a hundred miles long, so there is plenty of it to hike, bike, and walk.
I love it almost any time of the year. Looking forward to the next time already. I love it in the winter too!

Truly a place where you can forget about everything, except for the moment in which you find yourself. Nature and especially the autumn forest are unique. I hope you had a beauty shower and a charge from the earth's energy. This was truly a special ride!
Sometimes I do that, it is not too far and is a different world. So peaceful and I have a few friends that love to go there. :) It is a glorious escape, especially with the beauty of Autumn.
Nature is the best balm for the soul. The shower of beauty is stunning.

It's exceptional to do this, especially with friends! I can imagine how nice it must be, together, in the morning over coffee or in the evening over tea. I haven't done that for more than 40 years but I still dream of gathering our remaining friends... by the sea, of course. It was a great surprise for me to see that you are doing such trips with friends now, I was very happy for you and it has increased my desire to copy that too, while it is still possible.

Autumn is so beautiful, although my leaves here are only a little colorful, I had to go to higher elevations to achieve this color. Ours will come a little later.

A change of view is always interesting to me. You just cannot put a price on the ability and wonder of travel. I have never been anywhere that I didn't like. The world is full of unique experiences, and even though some of the experiences might be similar to what I have in my country, there is always something that puts a different twist on it.
