Hi Silver Panda, love your name and nice to meet you. I had to smile when you said your son introduced you to blogging as my son did the same. Got to love our kids. Good luck with your gym walking work outs. Exercise is good whichever way we do it as long as we do it. I love walking outside. 🌼

Thank you Angie - lovely meeting you too. Yes we surely love and appreciate our kids. I also enjoy walking outside and often do that with my son and daughter - the weather is still not great though - but summer is not too far off.
