RE: Happy RAK day to you!!!

Happy RAK day to you momogrow !
This is the first time that i am hearing of this festival and i am very inspired.

It is a good thing that you reached out to the woman and i am happy on her excitement towards your act of kindness.

RAK is not a new thing over here but we don't actually celebrate it as a festival and i am sure it would have been awesome if we do.

There are many occasions that i reached out to the needy and one of them was when i went shopping in the local market.

There are many people who in order to put food on the table charge shoppers a little money to help them carry their loads to their car. This particular day, i was so sure that i don't need any assistance with my loads but this man approached me to help me carry them. I turned him down that i am good and he went back to where he sat.

Knowing that he needed the money i went back to him and give him the money he would have charged me and i sincerely told him that I still doesn't need his services.

He was so happy as he expressed his gratitude. The money wasn't much but he saw something beyound that money and that was kindness.

I felt this satisfaction and happiness inside my heart that i cannot explain.

Sometimes it's not what we actually give out that matters but the heart from where it's coming and going to.

Thank you momogrow for telling us about this awesome festival
