MetaBrewSociety Bavarian Wheat Ale, as introduced on Hivefest9

in BEERyesterday (edited)

What if somebody would have a bold and crazy idea to connect crypto world and beer, to create beer for crypto geeks? Actually, for everybody, and this could be a great entrance for them to the world of crypto assets.

Last Wednesday, at #hivefest9, @detlev showed us exactly that.

MetaBrewSociety

In short:

  • they brew an excellent and innovative beer (and soft drinks)
  • their beers are light, 2.5 %, and tasty
  • they offer innovative services like Magical Beer Box which gives you 20% of beer additionally each year - if you purchase it but hodl it - crazy
  • there is (was) a Genesis NFT and the lucky bastards that bought it are receiving 240 cans of beer yearly for at least three years or as long as this shop is open - in fact, lifetime delivery measured in the life duration of MetaBrewSociety
  • you can subscribe to their premium life time delivery service when you purchase Gold Pass
    2,400 cans per year each year for just

Let's do some math.

3.33 $ETH ~= 6,360 EUR
1 year of beer -> 6,360 / 2,400 = 2.65 € per can
2 years of beer -> 6,360 / 4,800 = 1.325 € per can
3 years of beer -> 6,360 /2,400 = 0.88 € per can
.. and so on ...

Am I calculating this right? Long-term, it's damn cheep. And you need a lot of friends to drink all this beer.

In the meantime, I need to fetch another can from the stash I smuggled out of Diocletian's palace.

This one is empty already. Light beer goes down lightly.

What if you don't fancy these new age NTF beers and whatnots? No worries, they also brew traditionally - Mathäser Bräu is your friend. Unfortunately, I don't have any cans of it handy. They were all left abandoned in the dungeons of the palace, empty.

Eh, I need to bring this promo to the end. Getting thirsty. Just one more thing - affiliate program. Yes, they have it too. All this new and fancy stuff, I told you. No, I am not an affiliate. First I need to figure out if I can join at all, then how to do it. It is attractive. And the beer is good.

OK, off for now. Cheers.

Ps: @detlev, please, correct any stupid claims and omissions I stated above. Danke.

Ps2: now you see how can Hivefest broaden your horizon.

Ps3: @metabrew have an account on Hive. A year old and nothing posted yet. Maybe we should give them a nudge.

better and better
