Hivefest Bilardo: How many people have I beaten?

And the third day! As you may know, there was supposed to be a cruise on the third day, but it was canceled. So the third cruise day of Hivefest was spent indoors as the weather forecast called for rain and storms. Nevertheless, it did not upset us, on the contrary, it made us happy, because we love billiards almost the most of all sports. Someone else said there would be poker, and we'd love to see that. It was always very interesting for us to watch the poker tournament and unfortunately we didn't make it, as we overslept for all the other early risers. And so we finally, having rested for all the past days, arrived somewhere for the second hour. It was written that Billiards was supposed to be played from morning to four o'clock, so we were a little upset that we didn't come earlier, but we resigned ourselves and started playing.

My first game was with @olga.maslievich. This woman constantly pretends that she does not know how to play and then constantly wins. Our game started tensely. It seemed to me that I would win and at the last minute she did everything faster than me. So with the first loss, I looked for another candidate to play. The next victim was @roelandp. He played with @bugavi for the first time and unfortunately his luck was not on his side and he lost. Now it was time to determine which of us is stronger. And after a while, @roelandp's luck failed him again (sorry @roelandp, I didn't want to betray you 😁). So, with at least one victory, I boldly went on to play.

Standing a little under the wall, I noticed some guys playing, and @kesilgonzales, who looked too professional to play with. Still, I wanted to try my hand at a game with this opponent, and we agreed to play. But I didn't have time to blink when my next opponent turned out to be a team of boys with whom he played. I don't know the nicknames of the other guys, and unfortunately I can't find them, but I definitely remembered one, whose name is @basilmarples. I honestly couldn't forget this dude because he made fun of me excessively when I wanted to go play with @kesilgonzales. Don't worry, I remembered you and next time I will take revenge 🔪. This time my team lost, but we played again where my partner was very strong and thanks to him we won.

After that I finally got to play with @kesilgonzales. I will tell you this is a strong opponent, and I would have lost if it were not for one detail. He hammered the black ball into the hole. @kesilgonzales, I'm sorry for you, but your game was amazing. I was circling the tables, and then my mom's friend @rmach offered me a game of pool. You know, it's so fun to play with different people and notice different styles of play. For example, @rmach has a more calm and thoughtful style, which is how he won this game. I usually play much better, but today I forgot my luck at home.

And the last game I had today was a team game with @ninaeatshere, @cryptospa and the enemy team @thebombkids. We started the round and I was impressed with @thebombkids skills. Later, my sister @bugavi also joined us to make everything fair. Like I said, my luck wasn't with me today, or it was letting me down, because every time I wanted to make even the slightest shot, I missed. But the rival team seemed to have had the most successful day today. We especially had a great feud with my sister, i loved our friendly mocking of each other, right @bugavi? With my, @ninaeatshere and @cryptospa's combined efforts, we lost. But it was still a great game and congrats to @thebombkids for the win.

After all the pool rounds, @jeffgagoe and I decided to play darts (because I didn't do so well at @worldmappin). Darts is a very interesting game and it was a lot of fun to test my skills, but @jeffgagoe won out of the two of us.

And that day we spent 9 hours in the billiard room. A little more than planned, isn't it? After the most fun Hivefest day, we went to look for a place for possible food, since we had eaten nothing but a slice of pizza for almost the whole day. Driving around the city, we got the good news that all the restaurants were closed, and only after that we got the news that all the hivians had gathered in a bar nearby. We got there much later than everyone else and tried to order food, but the kitchen was already closed. But the friendly hive people were so generous to share their food with us 🥹. It was so sweet and I thank you all so much. It was a nice evening, we had a great time sitting and talking. And it was one of the most friendly and beautiful days, so stay tuned for my next posts soon!
