Saludos a la familia Hive en especial a la organización Hive Open Mic.

Una de las cosas más fascinantes de este grupo es que nos lleva a investigar y a su vez ampliar nuestros conocimientos. En esta semana tocó Epifanía término que desconocido para mí, significa la conmemoración y adoración de los Reyes Magos.

Buscar el tema para cantar relacionado con esta temática a mí me costó bastante sin embargo conseguí una de la que me enamoré y jamás la había escuchado, pero al escucharla ensayarla y sacarme muchas lágrimas fue una cosa igual se llama "A mis queridos Reyes Magos".

Esta canción fue escrita e interpretada por una española que se llama María Carrasco es una artista polifacética que además de ser cantante es coreógrafo y bailarina de flamengo en la actualidad tiene 30 años pero se inició en el mundo artístico a los 7 años a su corta edad fue relevante en el concurso "Veo Veo" su Estilo se inició en el pop con toques aflamencados y ha recibido varias premiaciones por sus destacadas participaciones.

"A mis queridos Reyes Magos" es una canción donde una niña gitana pide a sus Reyes Magos muchas cosas para su familia porque lo que más deseaba era verlos feliz y con alegría sobre todo a su padre que en las noches oía su llanto tal vez por las necesidades que pasaba y para ella no pedía nada aunque lo único que deseaba era ir a la escuela y aprender.

Una de las cosas que más me conmovía de esta canción era el recuerdo que me traía de mi abuela que valoraba mucho el estudio y decía si usted va ser un barrendero está bien pero sea el mejor y prepárese para ellos y logró que algunos de sus hijos y nietos estudiarán, lograron tener varios títulos universitarios, técnicos, especialistas, magister y hasta doctores para ella eso era entre las cosas más importantes de la vida y al escuchar esta canción definitivamente me identifico con ella con mi abuela María Josefina Padrón de Martínez (🙏🏼) quién fue un humilde, resiliente y trabajadora mujer con muchos significativos positivos que sólo abuela maravillosa podía hacer sentir creció en un lugar pobre pero salió adelante y gracias a su maestra Josefina Rojas Lovera pudo estudiar hasta tercer grado logró tener una letra, ortografía y redacción que daba gusto de lo hermosa que era, luego ya en sus años de madurez cuando se despertaba en compañía de un cigarro y un café y escribirle todo recetas poemas historias de su vida y consejo a su generación de relevo entre esas estoy yo su primera nieta.

Hoy quiero pedirle a nis queridos Reyes Magos que se siga prolongando su legado principalmente en mi núcleo familiar y por ende en el mundo entero, mw despido con unos de las tantas frases de mi abuela escribio "El estudio es un prodigio" y además hoy con el corazón wn la mano pido a mis queridos Reyes Magos para el mundo entero la paz, el pan nuestro de cada día para para cada hogar pero en especial para cada niños enmla calle y la restauración de la convivencia familiar.

Greetings to the Hive family, especially the Hive Open Mic organization. One of the most fascinating things about this group is that it leads us to research and expand our knowledge. This week's theme was Epiphany, a term unfamiliar to me, which refers to the commemoration and adoration of the Three Wise Men. Finding a song related to this theme was quite difficult for me, but I found one that I fell in love with. I had never heard it before, but after listening to it, rehearsing it, and being moved to tears, it was truly moving. It's called "To My Dear Three Wise Men." This song was written and performed by a Spanish woman named María Carrasco. She is a multifaceted artist who, in addition to being a singer, is a choreographer and flamenco dancer. She is currently 30 years old, but she began in the artistic world at the age of 7. At a young age, she was prominent in the "Veo Veo" competition. Her style began in pop with flamenco influences, and she has received several awards for her outstanding performances.

One of the things that moved me most about this song was the memory it brought back of my grandmother, who greatly valued education. She would say, "If you're going to be a street sweeper, that's fine, but be the best and prepare yourself for it." She managed to ensure that some of her children and grandchildren studied, earning various university degrees, technical degrees, specialist degrees, master's degrees, and even doctorates. For her, these were among the most important things in life. Listening to this song, I definitely identify with her and with my grandmother, María Josefina Padrón de Martínez (🙏🏼), who was a humble, resilient, and hardworking woman with many significant positive qualities that only a wonderful grandmother could instill. She grew up in a poor place but overcame adversity, and thanks to her teacher, Josefina Rojas Lovera, she was able to study until the third grade. She developed beautiful handwriting, spelling, and grammar. Later, in her later years, she would wake up with a cigarette and a cup of coffee and write everything: recipes, poems, stories of her life, and advice for her next generation, among whom I am her first granddaughter.

Today I want to ask our beloved Three Wise Men to continue their legacy, especially within my family and, consequently, throughout the world. I leave you with one of my grandmother's many phrases: "Studying is a marvel." And today, with all my heart, I ask my beloved Three Wise Men for peace for the entire world, our daily bread for every home, but especially for every child on the streets, and the restoration of family harmony.
