The Healing Power of Sound

in Hive Open Mic4 years ago

Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being.

The power of sound healing therapy has been a part of human's lives .
There are different types of sound therapy, including vibrational sound therapy, which uses special sounds that produce vibrations thought to improve brain waves.

We live in a world that all of it is made with energies .
Everything we touch , understand and feel is energies , they are trembling because of following the nature law .
The base of sound therapy is trembling because all the universe are trembling and it's including humans .
Each cells , parts or tissues of our bodies have trembling frequency.
If trembling of these parts don't coordinate with themselves or outdoor , the balance will be ruined and causes illness .

Sound therapy means using sound frequencies for curing and effecting on energy fields that surround the body .
These sounds can be created by live performance of instrumentals such as :
• Tibetan bowls
• didgeridoos
• African drums ( Djembe )
• etc .

This therapy is moral for some people and of course it's a meditation way that works well .
so what do you think?!
Do you think this therapy will work on you or not ?!
Or have you ever try it ?

I don't know about the sound therapy you mentioned in your post, how good they (can) work. I do know, music in itself is therapeutic for me. Nothing heals me better than a cool night out in some dark underground club with an incredible sound system and some super cool (techno) tunes. Another setting is a great cosy festival, with again a super sound system and great music, nice people and some sun. Not so many places around that gives me all of this, but some kinda around in a range of 500km from where I live. Covid is not helping at the moment, but when we are allowed again to go to clubs and festivals, I for sure will feel a lot better again since I can get myself some music therapy.

That way you are raising your frequency, as probably your body respond to higher ones with good feeling. I am just guessing, however that is for sure different music impact differently the people (what a sentence 🤦🏻‍♀️, Grammarly would kick me off).

I was wondering in hive open mic and saw this post, opened and saw, @edje is here.

edje can be everywhere, he nested himself at the end of the universe to be able to oversee everything {LOL} regarding the healing part. sure I can understand certain sound therapy maybe support healing. though I tried a few of those things, I'm in favour of more natural (lesser planned) 'healing' events. for me, these are certain atmospheres created by just the right combination of people, music, art and setting. not to be found easily though. mixing the right music, with the wrong people, leads to nothing that has the power to have healing effects on me. at most clubs and festivals, they don't get it right, for me. on a possitive note: luckily I know a few places that I can go to (I do hope after covid they'll continue) where I will get my natural medicine, in large quantities :)

Grammarly: from time to time she needs to take a rest, to not be too strict. I think I need to take Grammarly with me to one of those 'healing' events I'm planning. She needs to relax and enjoy life a bit more {LOL}

Yes please, "she" ( interesting, why do you think Grammarly has gender? ) needs to relax, I mean always marking my words with some nasty red and yellow lines 🤣
And never happy with my texts, oh!

We do still talk about music, right? 😁

I have no clue about the gender of Grammarly. I just thought a word ending with a 'y' is more female, then male, and far for being an 'it'. That said: Grammarly can easily be a he, I think. In the end: 'he' rhymes maybe better with 'ly' 🤣🤣🤣

Yea, this guy who sometimes thinks he is a woman, Grammarly, is always so much in our faces! I think he must grave for attention! I know a few different kind of chemicals that will change his mind, whether he likes it or not.

Yes, in that comment, for sure. Just a little up in this comment, not so much 🤣🤣🤣
