¿Cómo andan mi gente de Hive Open Mic? Por acá les saluda @rasecdus con mi participación de esta semana para Hive Open Mic, el cual esta semana trató de Folk y Metal sinfónico.
La canción que hoy les interpreto es "Blackbird" de la banda americana de metal alternativo Alter Bridge. Escogí esta canción debido a que posee elementos folk/acústicos y a la vez la potencia de una canción de metal, y además tiene un significado muy especial y personal para mí, debido a que trata de un mensaje para una persona que falleció y desea trascender al más allá.

The song I'm playing today is "Blackbird" by the American alternative metal band Alter Bridge. I chose this song because it has folk/acoustic elements and at the same time the power of a metal song, and it also has a very special and personal meaning for me, because it is a message to a person who passed away and wishes to transcend to the afterlife.

Bro, Alter Bridge es de esas bandas con las cuales crecí en el mundo del rock y a pesar de que dejé de seguirles el rastro hace un tiempo, no deja de ser de esas bandas que te recuerdan la elegancia y belleza del rock y el metal en su máximo esplendor. Esta canción es simplemente hermosa, me encantó tu versión y es que además de que cantas brutal, tu inglés es impecable, de pana te felicito 🤜🤛!!!

Alter Bridge es una banda brutal, y esta posiblemente es mi canción favorita de ellos, obviamente no tengo la voz de Miles, pero hice mi mejor esfuerzo para hacer una versión adaptada al arreglo acústico que hice.
