At the other side, I feel for you and your current state. Life goes maybe in circles, and our relationships too.. It is painful, I can imagine that :( and crying can help liberate that pain. Do it when you feel, yes, as you are doing already but never stay just down. Try to find a vibration, like here in music, in work, in your children and try to be as grateful and happy as you can for Kate. And for yourself! You remember the song from the week 46, Ho'oponopono... forgiveness? Take your time, it will need time to heal, but create as new awesome things can come to light.
