HiveOpenmic week 176 ~ "Goodness of God" by Bethel Music Cover by @mhizerbee

Greetings to everyone in the HiveOpenmic community. Welcome to week 176 with the theme "Gratitude". I still remain your girl @mhizerbee. For this week, I will be presenting a song titled "The Goodness of God" by Bethel Music.

I have been stressed last week because of the conference we had in my church. The department I was serving took my time. I was in the registry unit so, I had plenty of persons to register though I had few people who helped out.

I didn't think I'd make this video and asides, from being stressed, I have catarrh and there's no NEPA light in my area. So, the little battery I had, I tried to save it by being quick with the video. I even used low registers while singing which has made this video not up to the standard. I apologize for that and I hope you look beyond those things and enjoy my presentation.

The word "Gratitude" means being grateful, being thankful and to be appreciative. I so much love the theme because personally, I am very much grateful to God for all he has done for me hence, my choice of song.

I am not perfect, I have my weaknesses and I have flaws and I misbehave and I make mistakes too. I disobey God and most times, I do not do all he asks me to but despite all that, God has been faithful.

I don't need to have mansions, luxury of cars, good clothes and all good things of life before I show gratitude to God for all he has done for me.

Being able to sleep and wake up every blessed day is a big miracle which is sometimes underrated by people. If the life we live were to be dependent on how good we are and how we adhere to what the good book says and God's commandments, I'm certain and quite sure that there won't be much people alive right now.

In all of these things , God has been faithful and keeping to his promises to mankind each blessed day. The song "Goodness of God" says it all. It is self explanatory and the lyrics is quite easy to understand.

Here I am showing gratitude to God for everything and even though my video and the low registers I used didn't do justice to the song, God knows my heart and I will forever be grateful.
