Dear Hive Open Mic Community, we have reached week 60! I sincerely feel happy to be part of this event and of this musical family, which is growing more and more, not only in quantity but also in quality. This week's theme is "broken heart" selected by the talented @adreini and wow what an interesting topic! Although it may seem like a sad theme, it seemed good to me since it adds some variety, in life not everything is pink, right? I also believe that musicians and artists have been inspired by this type of thing throughout history, as a virtue that expresses itself naturally, transforming pain and sorrow into music, into art. I am notifying you my friends that I am quite excited to share this song with you this time, as the theme inspired me enough to compose a song! and it is the first time that I write a song especially for openmic, it is also the first time that I write a song completely in English! so this edition of the contest and this participation is very special to me, I hope you enjoy my song!
Querida comunidad de Hive Open Mic, ¡hemos llegado a la semana 60! sinceramente me siento contento de formar parte de este evento y de esta familia musical, que cada vez crece más, no sólo en cantidad sino también en calidad. El tema de esta semana es "corazón roto" seleccionado por la talentosa @adreini y ¡vaya qué es un tema interesante! a pesar de qué puede parecer una temática triste, me pareció bien ya que añade algo de variedad, en la vida no todo es color rosa ¿verdad? también creo que los músicos y artistas se han inspirado en este tipo de cosas a lo largo de toda la historia, como una virtud que se expresa naturalmente, transformar el dolor y las penas en música, en arte. Les notifico amigos míos que estoy bastante emocionado de compartir esta canción con ustedes en esta ocasión, ¡ya que el tema me inspiró lo suficiente para componer una canción! y es la primera vez que escribo una canción especialmente para openmic, ¡también es la primera vez que escribo una canción completamente en inglés! así que esta edición del concurso y esta participación es muy especial para mí ¡espero que disfruten mi canción!

Qué buen ritmo, y que sabias palabras las de la letra de tu canción, Life Goes on, everything will be alright, you are strong y you are not alone, todas son frases que llevan un mensaje que es muy importante recordarnos a nosotros mismos o a otros que estén pasando por este sentimiento tan duro. It just had to be lake that. I do not like too much my voice, and I try to be as fast as possible when I introduce my video hahah. I could play for hours, or write for hours like posts or comments 🤣 but talking in video is a different matter, actually hear my own voice recorded is still a weird thing for me.
You are both amazing and talented @juliopalomo and @mipiano and your voice sounds just fine beautiful. You also speak and write English very well. Much better than my Spanish which is a very bad mix of Castellano and Mexican haha.
I like to think of coincidences as synchronicity. We are all connected and sometimes our energies match at exactly the same time.
