I love the chord progression with this funky style, very personal! I am always scared of what my kids will think in a few years, will they will able to make their own spiritual choices, without having me as a spiritual tyrant, trying to imprint my own spiritual take on life?
Both of your parents were into Krishna's teachings? This is so interesting that you went full circle, I just hope that my kids will be as curious as you are! I still have some time haha.
Great song, great voice and great music!
Thanks for your appreciation brother!
Well, with respect to that, many factors can influence and, in my opinion, two things can happen:
1: your children may end up accepting what they have learned from you on a spiritual level and get as much out of it as you have. In this case, believe me it would not be a bad thing, because your children would be spared the bitter path of rebellious search (which is also beautiful but has its small price). Learning and being guided by example is much easier.
2: if your children see you as a spiritual tyrant in the future, they might start an individual search because they have questioned what they have learned from you. In this case it is a good thing too, because even though the path is a bit harder at the level of understanding, the conviction you get after the questioning process is the most solid.
But well, I don't know hehehe, in any case you just have to let nature go its way. You as a parent, I'm sure you have that wisdom (I didn't tempt it because I'm not a parent obviously 😂).
Well my mom was the only one of this religion, my dad was a bit absent in my childhood and my mom married a man who was also I will Krishna. I am grateful for the good they left me and the bad too, from there one learn. Thanks again for your appreciation and support brother. 😎👊🙌🎹
