What development are you referring to? I feel it's become unnecessary and shouldn't be considered as much especially since a majority of our cultures are developed majorly for selfish reasons.

We tend to forget that every culture has it's dark side and what we need is to develop our culture to a more favourable and hospitable one. Nigerians generally have always been known for been accommodating and selfless until now.
