Am a student of Bowen university in the department of food science and technology (FST)
Well am sure some people are thinking my course is based cooking. So allow me to enlighten you all on my course
What is Fst all about?
Fst deals with the production,processing and packaging of food,it also with the nutritional value/facts in food.
So where can a food scientist and technologist work?
Well we can work in food industries, hospitals as a nutritionist,we can also work with farmers,restaurants, basically in all aspect of work that deals with food.

Well,i use...to hate everything about farming until I started doing borrow course in agric and I fell in love with farming,chickens,pigs,rabbits,etc.
So now I want to use this medium to thank @kenechukwu97 for the great opportunity he gave to be able to join this wonderful family, because honestly speaking i have never heard of hive.blog before and with what I have seen here I love this place already and I hope am welcome here.

Farming is such a worthy goal! I wish that more people would understand all about food and nutrition and how integral it is for us as people, families, communities, countries and the WORLD to truly embrace all that food is.
It's not just good for our tastes, and full bellies! heheh But the proper diets allow us to thrive and excel as human beings - and the IMPROPER foods will really take AWAY from our mental and physical health.
I studied nutrition for several years - simply on my own - because I wanted to understand my body better - and wow! What a journey that was!!!
It is WONDERFUL that you're studying this and I hope that you'll really gain wisdom in this field and teach others!!! Excellent career choice! :)

have you ever seen the writer @b0s on Hive - I'm pretty sure that he was talking about sustainable farming in Nigeria at one point... I always wanted to hear his thoughts about this more hehehe but we both got busy and I never went back to ask him about it more!
