Shit is happening all around us, and its getting a hold over every single one of us regardless of how less bothered we pretend to be. A lot of people are suffering within but they struggle to keep a smiling face. Especially if you reside in a depressed region and economy like the so called giant of Africa which I reside in and some other developing and collapsing regions, your struggles are endless and not just economical and financial ones, there's the psychological side jab of it alongside all the happenings. A quarter of what people go through in such countries would have killed thousands if not millions in the West, that's a fact!

So how do you handle these endless pressures and feeling down when things don't go as planned?

Mostly I try to not soak everything I read or see on social media, its even advisable to stay off social media most times as news and trends tends to add more blow to an already battered mental state. Unfortunately a lot of people can't stay of social media, and that's where someone's lifestyle and how much people spend on foods, drinks and maybe throw about gives you more headache.

Also its good to sleep more and drink a lot of water when you feel down, it will do you some good if you sleep and dream of fantasies than go out to parties and clubs that might further alter your already dented mood. Sadly Covid19 bashed the entire world and the depression level is on the high. The fear of the aftershock of these pandemic is really another war to fight, how do you plan to stay sane in the midst of all these world chaos!
