P.s I will advise that over time you invest in good lighting as you make money from your creative endeavour. It will take your video from zero to a hundred. Also, invest in your education. Learn how to use your camera. You will be amazed by what you can do with your smartphone's camera.

This is a very insightful video. Knowledge is power and really gives a distinct difference.
You have shown you have a clear understanding of this subject.

These points are GOLD in videography!
You don't need all the gear to make smthn decent.
More often than not, it's more of how well you set the "stage".

I do some professional audio/music production and I've seen average sound/video come out of very expensive gear.
I've also seen smartphones take DSLR-like footages.

Once you have knowledge about what you have in hand, you're more often than not set to be ahead.

True that. It is all about knowing what to do with what you have and that comes with understanding the process of recording. I put out this video for those who are hesitant to create video content because they think they do not have all the gear. It is never about that, esp for an entry-level style video.

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate your comment.

I bought a mic and it turned out to be the wrong kind of mic....not too bad for music and outdoor but not really good indoors for speaking. I guess it will come in handy later. I'm thinking about just upgrading my phone since I'm using iphone8 now and the newer ones are much better video/audio.

Nice to live near nature...I miss it.
