A DAY IN MY LIFE: IF NIGERIA SHOULD BE A COUNTRY

I see a nation with promise.
I see a nation with Resources.
I see a nation with power in Diversity.
I see courage.
I see resilience.
I see perseverance.

If the map of Africa was held like a Gun, My fatherland will be the trigger.
My Fatherland is an active player in the liberation of the black race.
But She finds herself bound by the circus of corruption and Poor leadership.

BUT !
I see hope.
I see light.
The tunnel is left with but a few meters.
I see a NIGERIA that rises above darkness and obscurity.

May your heart be happy and your days be bright(shine);
May your roads be even and your burdens light;
May you find dreams rise and touch a special star;
And may you never forget - how special you are!

If Nigeria should be a country,
There should be restrictions to people's exit and entry.
A fool at sixty years of age,
Can be revoluted once fruitful plans are made.
A man made Constitution can always be change,
When time passes and it's honor fade.

If Nigeria should be a country,
Emerging the president should be ease and not free,
With plans by Constitution that every emerging party must fulfil.
And if winning party's plan & budget favors only his sake,
Our Constitution should bide every position strippable as give n' take.

If Nigeria should be a country,
We all should stop pressing the wrong button.
Even if we arrest the fact that hard work pays,
We can't expect change doing things the same way.
If democracy isn't cracy us,
We should not hesitate to mould or try another cracy force.

If Nigeria should be a country,
Our progress should continue mounting even while we're sleeping.
We can't be the expected developed country,
If we continue to ignore all lessons culture teaches in history.

WA-ZO-BIA should not by force be the only code,
They were not the only one who cared for Nigeria success as foretold.
Regardless of tribe, I hoped we can together rebuild this nation,
Differently from that which only the literalist can move a motion.
