You've made really nice suggestions. As for the time for the hangout, since it's a weekend hangout we can't just do it for few hours, it's meant to run all through the weekend.

For the games, they sound interesting but I don't know almost all of them except for that trivial game, hehe. I will do well to make some research on the others and see which one works for the hangout.
