Laughter is good medicine for you. Many doctors and psychologists believe laughter is good for the physical mental health of a person. It has good healing effects.

Laughter can do the following things:

• It gives healthy workout to many organ in the body. The diaphragm, the thorax, abdomen, heart and lungs are giving a good exercise. It provide internal message.

• It lightens stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

• It provide a healthy emotional outlet by helping to discharge excess, unnecessary energy. Etc.
