So we just concluded the Ibadan version of the Hive9ja meet, and I made one very big terrible unforgettable mistake... Like who does that?
I'll tell you my mistake in a moment and how I flopped that badly...
But first, let me tell a little about the meetup...
Sincerely it wasn't what I was expecting...
It beat what I expected...
I mean, some people just blew my mind.
Listening to @nonsowrites, @bhoa, and the other whales share their experience and tell their hive story was more than inspiring.
@bhoa and his story of dedication and commitment to the hive sounded like the kind of sermon that you hear before you decide to completely surrender your life to Christ, only this time, it was me making a commitment to take the hive initiative seriously.
At first, when I got the venue, there were more strange faces than the number of fingers on my hands.
But then as I left a few hours later, strange faces had strangely turned to the coolest set of folks I have rolled with.
Seeing faces like @jaydr, @draysax, and others whom I would have gladly tagged if not for the mistake I made.
Yeah... Actually, I made 2 big mistakes.
I didn't go with a pen and jotter... I thought it was just going to be a meetup, just hangout, but mehn I got so much value listening to these guys I instantly regretted coming without writing materials.
I didn't take pictures with anyone... Like, who does that?
Hoe am I supposed to tell my Children that today was the first time I met @kenechukwu97 , or that when I first saw the legendary @nonsowrites I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting this guy to have a potbelly. How am I supposed to tell them that I drank first at the feet of Lord @bhoa on this day?
I was so engrossed in the engagement that I was enjoying that I didn't think of taking some pictures...
Not even one... at least with the Legends fa...

Anyways, I am having mixed feelings right now, I don't know if I should be happy from the meetup or be sad cos of my mistakes...
But I have learnt my lesson...

Sadly, I was not able to make it to the meeting. I can tell that it was premium fun and impactful at the same time.
I Have the same regret kind off..but I think the value I got outweighs the regret I feel. There will be more Meetup to attend and this time we will be fully prepared.
But come to think of it,your look and countenance in the meeting today was like that of someone who would find it difficult finishing a plate of rice😃😃😃..you were kinda reserve,seeing you this outspoken here is really amazing...don't mind me,my observation wee nor kuku kill me😃😃😃😃😃
