Lying down on my bed
In my little cubicle
Looking like a old Knight room
No pictures on the wall
No wallclock
Just me
Starting at the ceiling
Thoughtless and vibeless
Thinking about old times
Thinking of home
Unable to juxtapose....
Where I'm coming from
From where I am
I was troubled
Various thought kept moving through..
My mind like legions of firefly moving through the forest at night
Mind kept going to and fro
Like the waist bead of a waiting maiden
Thoughts of old friends brushed my mind
But I rubbed it off
Thinking... ..
I felt lonely.......
Alone in the world
Cos nobody cared about me
Something spoke to me
It said" Dave be yourself everyone has been taken "
I thought I was hallucinating
But it dawned on me that...
It was true..
Nobody cared cos they've been taken....
