鸡汤有两种,一种是人编滴,另一种是锅炖滴,前者暖心,后者养胃。作为吃货,我不能徒有虚名,当然一如既往的垂涎于后者。
菜名:简约不简单
~简约是材料:母鸡 木耳 食盐
~不简单是过程
母鸡:驱车到六环外农家果园采购,吃青菜虫子或玉米等散养6至12个月的土鸡约2斤重,生长大于1年的肉就不嫩啦,饲料喂养的含有生长素等添加剂,你懂的!
干木耳:来之不易,生长在大东北长白山黑土地,节前到长春出差,是当地老乡山上采摘的(礼尚往来),朵小肉厚,泡发有料,一两可当一斤。
制作: 井水和鸡块砂锅中,大火至翻滚,放入木耳(事先泡一个小时,严禁隔夜泡),文火炖1小时,出锅时加少许食盐,不加任何佐料,保持返璞归真的原汁原味。
味道:鸡肉鲜嫩 木耳鲜脆 鸡汤鲜美

最难得的是长白山野生木耳,朵小肉厚,去蒂晒干,使用前都不用二次解刀哦
