There are many forms of abuse on HIVE, including but not limited to phishing, plagiarism, identity impersonation, etc.
Identifying and combating abuse will help the healthy development of the HIVE blockchain and protect the rights of each of us.

I learned that one of the Witnesses is gathering more info about the spammer accounts, I heard it's about 14,000 and their activities are everywhere and not just CN community.
And yes, I agree these kinds of abuse or attack to the blockchain should be stopped because they will turn the platform into a mess.
