Thats a fantastic place to visit - very beautiful. Did you know that across the channel in Cornwall, there is a very similar place called St Michaels Mount, just not quite as grand. The first time I heard of it I thought someone was joking me. Its another small tidal island with a church/monastery on it which gets cut off by the tide !

I was going to reply you that I don't know this place, but after I put its name on Googlemap, it's been saved already on my wanttogo list, together with Penzance. :) So I guess I read about it before. Looks like a lovely islet. Thank you for telling me about it!
