【生活记】蟹仔粉,味道好极了~

柳州螺蛳粉、桂林米粉、南宁老友粉被称为“广西三粉”,享誉中国。

今天吃早餐,买了一碗“蟹仔粉”一尝,感觉比“三粉”更好吃,味道也更好。

据说蟹仔粉是越南的舶来品,做法是选用新鲜的小螃蟹,先把它捣碎,放入汤里慢慢熬制,最后再用滤网去掉蟹渣。高汤入碗,只见粉而不见蟹,精华就在于这个汤头了,汤汁鲜美,高汤熬制,小螃蟹的鲜美浸入汤汁中,去汤汁融杂在一起,不分彼此。

蟹仔粉还会放点鸡肉、笋丝、雪菜、葱蒜等七八种配料进一步提鲜。一碗米粉下肚,唇齿留香,记忆深刻,回味无穷,忍不住记录一下!

清晨,来吃蟹仔粉的客人,络绎不绝,排起了长队。不仅游客喜欢,当地人也喜欢。尤其,坐在我对面的一对情侣,就是当地人,女孩说,“为了吃蟹仔粉,我心心念念花了两个小时赶过来”,路上可拥挤了。说完,周围食客齐刷刷转头看过来,老板爽朗大笑,“味道好,那是肯定的,绝对对得起你特意赶来”!
