清炒小白菜

清炒小白菜,又叫清炒上海青。这个是我比较喜欢的一道炒菜。但是很多厨师对这道小菜做的并不太好。甚至有些已经把小白菜炒软了。完全失去了口感。
如果想做好这道菜,必须让人吃起来脆而不软,清甜爽口,再加上爆蒜的味道。这样哪怕我这种每餐比肉的人。不吃肉都可以接受。甚至吃上好几碗米饭。
所以喜欢这道菜的人都会比较重视而不是仅限于做熟就可以了。
