I have never seen a poll on Hive. Maybe because I only use the Android ecency app with some exceptions. Or that I only look at the friends feed because the financial curation is worthless for the content I go to Hive for.
Oh I think it's the former though... I speak with the admins and they're working on including the Polls on the Ecency mobile app.. for now if you want to see a poll you will need to use the Ecency website itself 🥰

Today, we have new update on mobile app. That has voting on Polls feature.
