I was introduced to St--mit by a fellow user of Tsu after that platform shut down. I wasn't really a crypto guy then, but I liked the concept and was fed up with social platforms being shut down (Google!!).

Yeah man I am right there with you, I closed my facebook account over 10 years ago and left all centralized social media.. Now I am only on Hive and use Youtube to host videos.
Tsu paid users from the ad revenue with a referral system. It worked fairly well, but the investors pulled out. A blockchain is harder to kill.
I still use FB as some friends won't use anything else.
