I would say yes. The main advantage is that you get higher rewards, but you can also rent SPS for next to nothing. We want people to be staking their own SPS, not just renting it. I don't think we should increase the SPS given out for staking rewards, though.

These sorts of polls are funny, though. Obviously the people with the most SPS are going to be in favor of more staking incentives.
