I recommend investing in a good pair of shoes and walking for half an hour a day, preferably in the morning before starting work - whether at home
or outside.
This change alone can give you energy for the entire day. It helped me a lot when I was in a funk; just walking for an hour or two made a huge difference.

It clears the mind and it's very good for the soul as well. I got my best ideas while walking.
I oftentimes listen to podcasts, but walking in nature without any distractions is even more relaxing.
Leaving your earbuds at home might be a better option I guess.

I'd start there and perhaps a set of dumbbells and a bench for strength training.
I don't like commercial gyms, even if I went there until a couple of years ago. So I can understand anyone who wants to workout at home.
You can train pretty much every muscle group with home equipment, and you could start with these two items.
